DJBROADCAST 24 HOUR MAGAZINE

Client: Vodafone, Swatch, Converse and Pioneer

Brand: DJBroadcast

Briefing: Add an “creative” association to the DJBroadcast brand

Storyline: DJBroadcast makes an entire magazine in one day together with 100 young creatives in the Melkweg, Amsterdam

Media platform: For this campaign the entire DJBroadcast platform was used (magazine, web, radio newsletter, DJBroadcast TV and social media) next to a PR campaign focusing on blogs, social media and  the more traditional media.

Blueprint Media’s role: Concept development, (web)design, PR, event production and content development.

Result: 200 applications and a PR outcome of 120 blog/website articles, 3 national newspapers, 500 tweets, 1 radio item and 1 national TV item.

STOLICHNAYA INVADES AMSTERDAM

Client: International Marques

Brand: Stolichnaya Vodka

Briefing: Reposition the dormant Stolichnaya brand in the Netherlands as a creative brand for innovators

Storyline: How would Amsterdam look like if it was Russian? The Stolichnaya Invades Amsterdam event was a 7-day thematic exposition featuring work by six well-known Dutch graphic artists.

After the event, the artworks where published on 50.000 bottle neckhangers. These included information on the competition: ten people could win two works of art.

Media platform: For this campaign - the DJBroadcast platform, a Stolichnaya Facebook page and a Stolichnaya Invaded Amsterdam micropage.

Blueprint Media’s role: Concept development, (web)design, PR, event production and content development.

Result: The event during the Amsterdam Dance Event was attended by 500 people. There was a 500% sales increase in the retail channel and the PR outcome tallied 75 blog/website articles, 2 national newspapers and 1 radio item.

ROOMS OF RED BULL

Client: Red Bull Nederland BV

Brand: Red Bull

Briefing: Create a concept for Red Bull that unites all creative expressions the brand is involved in. The project should contribute to “Red Bull Gives Wings” in the age bracket 18-35 and should reach 1,25 million people via free publicity/PR.

Storyline: Red Bull has a house (800 m2) in the Red Light District Amsterdam where creative talent is inspired. Rooms of Red Bull unites all culture projects under one roof, creating a cultural playground that gives wings to creative talent.

Media platform: The Rooms of Red Bull communication platform consisted of a weblog, social media (Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Hyves and Flick’r), a 24/7 radiostream, a weekly newsletter and a podcasting platform.

Blueprint Media’s role: Concept development, (web)design, PR, event production, content development and sponsor finding.

Result: In the six months the The Rooms of Red Bull was planned to open its doors, 350 creatives have worked on several projects, 120 events where organized in collaboration with organizations / people like Nalden, Playboy, School of Audio Enginering, Nuite Blanche, Vans, Stolichnaya, Zoom, Akai, WeSC, Radio 538, DJBroadcast, Gup, Moovmnt, Electronation and Epson. The Rooms had a total of 15.000 visitors.

In total 3,75 million people where reached via the PR campaign. The outcome tallied over 500 blog/website items, 3 television items, 4 radio items, 7 national newspapers, 10 national magazines and various international media, including New York Times.
